10. The General Terms of organized travel with the
TOUR OPERATOR are an integral part of the contract.
11. The TOUR OPERATOR has an insurance contract signed under Art.
42 of the Law of Tourism, for mandatory insurance – “Tour Operator’s
Responsibility” – with the Victoria Insurance Co., Sofia 1000,
65 Ekzarh Yosif St., at the terms of Insurance Policy No: 1329253080001
of 25.01.2008.
12. The contract comes into force as from the date of signing
it and is valid till the trip’s last day, as indicated therein.
13. The contract was signed in two identical copies, one for each
party.
14. On behalf of the persons registered for this trip and on his
own behalf the TOUR OPERATOR declares that the tourists have been
informed of the Tour Operator’s General Terms of travel and that
the coordinates supplied for contacting them are true and correct.
